The Boy Genius Report recently received a Motorola Q9 for evaluation and found that it came with an unreleased version of Windows Mobile 6.1.  (The Q9 is a non-touchscreen smartphone so the article is obviously geared towards new features and changes for that version of Windows Mobile)
